Counsel
Role, district, shift, and family. Joining is a household decision, not only a youth decision.

Learn on the line
The plant is the campus. OJT, a named mentor, and theory that does not collide with the shift.

Assess
LOBE, logbook, skill test. We would rather fail a person in a test than on your floor.

Credential & wage
A stipend now. A credential where a partner exists. A job the plant has first right to fill.
