Trainer — Digital Literacy & Workplace Skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and OJT modules for digital literacy, workplace behaviour, and role-specific skills.
• Assess honestly. We would rather fail a candidate in a test than on a client’s floor.
• Keep batch notes that a programme lead can defend.
• Travel to client academies when the batch is not in Noida.

Requirements

• Classroom or TOT-oriented delivery experience.
• Patience with first-generation learners and the discipline to still keep time.
• Hindi required; English for materials and client reviews.
