Rural cohorts without the safari
Rural skilling fails when the city designs a batch it would never send its own child to.
Catchment, language, stipend logistics, and a job that exists within commuting distance — or a residential plan that is not a rumour. Women cohorts need timing and safety, not a slogan.
We would rather run a smaller batch that places than a photographed batch that returns to the same underemployment. That is a worse sentence to put in a CSR report, and a better one to live with.
