Work-integrated learning that starts on the floor
NEP 2020 made ‘industry as campus’ fashionable. The useful part is a workplace that will actually teach.
We run OJT and mentor shops. Where a university or sector partner exists, we connect classroom credits to the floor. That is our version of work-integrated learning.
Skills universities have a place. So do polytechnics, ITIs, and employer academies. TalentVue’s place is the operating layer: the mentor, the stipend, the assessment, and the job.
